Terms and Conditions of Service

This document outlines your rights, obligations, and the scope of services we provide.

  1. Refund Policy Refunds are strictly not available, as all products and services are digital.

  2. Transaction Fees For each commission, a transaction fee of 4.99% + $0.49 (International) applies.

  3. Payment Requirements

    For commissions under $50: Full payment is required before work begins.

    For commissions over $50: At least 50% of the total amount must be paid upfront, with the remaining balance settled upon completion, prior to delivery.

    Full upfront payment is optional but not mandatory.

  4. Licensing and Ownership

    You are not permitted to sell or redistribute the final commission unless a license is purchased.

    Completion of a commission does not grant resell rights unless explicitly licensed.

    Sharing configuration files is only permitted directly with plugin developers for support purposes.

    Files and assets designed for you cannot be shared with other servers or third parties.

  5. Credits and Recognition

    You cannot claim ownership or authorship of the commissioned work.

    Nyra Studios retains the right to use screenshots of commissioned work for portfolio purposes on third-party platforms.

  6. Delays and Compensation

    For delays in project completion, Customers will receive $1 Nyra Coupon for each day of delay, up to a maximum of $10 (10 days).

    After 10 days, the Customer is entitled to a 65% refund of the total commission amount.

  7. Prohibited Actions

    Sharing or redistributing the final commission in any form, except as outlined above, is strictly prohibited.

    Any attempt to circumvent these Terms and Conditions for personal benefit is a violation of our policies and will not be tolerated.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.


Resource Pack Guidelines and Conditions

  1. Unzipping Restrictions Once the resource pack has been delivered and marked as complete, you are not permitted to unzip or alter its contents without prior permission. Any unauthorized actions will be considered a violation of these conditions.

  2. Usage on Other Servers The compressed textures within the resource pack cannot be used on another server or setup without explicit permission. Unauthorized usage is prohibited.

  3. Design Replication You are not allowed to extract individual designs or assets from a completed resource pack and use them in a new one. Each design is exclusive to the resource pack it was created for.

  4. Modifications After receiving the final design or commission, you are permitted to modify the textures for personal or approved use. However, such modifications are subject to the conditions mentioned above.

  5. Source Files We are under no obligation to provide the source files of the textures included in the resource pack. Any requests for source files will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.


Support Guidelines and Conditions

These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties once a commission is marked as completed.

  1. Support Duration Upon completion of a commission, the Customer is entitled to 5 days of free support. During this period, any issues related to the commission will be addressed.

  2. Bug Fixes and Errors Any bugs or errors directly related to the commission will be resolved within 2 business days. We are committed to ensuring that the final product functions as expected.

  3. Drastic Changes If the Customer requests significant or large changes to the commission after it has been marked as complete, these modifications will be considered additional work and will incur extra charges.

  4. Commission Closure After the 5-day support period, the commission will be officially marked as closed. No further support will be provided unless otherwise agreed upon.

  5. Extended Support Extended support may be available depending on current availability. If the Customer requires ongoing assistance, this can be arranged at an additional cost, and the terms must be agreed upon in advance.

Nyra Studios retains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, ensuring flexibility in our policies.
